3. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Bank processing may add 2–5 additional days depending on your financial institution.

4. Cancellation of Services

Before Course Start: Full refund if you cancel before the course begins.

After Course Start: Refunds are prorated. If you're 25% through an 8-week course, you receive 75% refund.

6. Exceptional Circumstances

If you have extenuating circumstances (health emergency, bereavement, etc.) preventing course participation, contact us to discuss options. We may offer extensions or alternative arrangements beyond standard refund terms.

7. Consumer Rights
